The customer service was good. Ben the sales guy was great. There was another guy there who was also extremely helpful when explaining which pedals to buy to pair with a Marlin 6 - Ben will know his name. The kids outside helping hand off bikes to customers could use a little bit of service training such as greeting customers and either showing them where to stand in line, or handing off bikes before helping the next customer. But they're doing better than I did when I was their age so I can't complain. Given that demand for bikes is crazy high at the moment and how hard it must be to run any shop in the middle of a pandemic, I thought the experience was overall pretty good.
Very knowledgeable and friendly
The service we received was great. We were initially helped by Ben who listened to what we wanted and went over and above to get it. We were looking at a couple bikes that were in very high demand with no inventory. Somehow he got it done.

The mechanics are very helpful, answering my questions and finding what I need for my bike. When I wasn't able to talk and get service from my designated mechanic, another one of your mechanics stepped in to help. They collaborate well.
