We bought bikes 3 or so years ago . We are approaching 60 years of age .. We have moved to Florida and Lionel yo ride our awesome bikes! We made sure they were a good fit for both of us.

I am familiar with the Richfield location and at that location the sales area is wonderful, they listen and they are not pushy at all. The service department - it's the best that I have encountered in quite some time.

Went to Freewheel Bike in a friends recommendation. Excellent customer service from Shaun. Listened to my needs and never tried to upsell me.
Fit me onto a Trek Verve 2, low step bike. Free tune up at the end of this first season too.
When I picked up my bike the next day, Tom introduced me to the 529 app to alert authorities if my bike gets stolen, and to help insure it.

Very friendly and approachable staff.Our sales person, Ben, was really helpful. He answered all our questions, retrieved multiple bikes from various parts of storage, and was patient even though there were plenty of other people waiting for sales help. No pressure, lots of professional help.

The customer service has always been superb. We were there on a Sunday. Always busy. We were acknowledged right away. We needed service and helmets. So we had two different employee contacts. Both quick, knowledgeable and focused on us. I didn't get the service guys name, but Ray helped us with our helmets. Really enjoyed his experience and knowledge.

He hooked us up with the program where you get a 10% or 20% when purchasing. So many things i want to get - a jersey, another water bottle, a little headlight for my husbands helmet, the bike map, . . . .

You have an amazing selection in such a little store. I really enjoy walking around and am amazed at how futuristic bikes and stuff look now. Husband and I are nearing retirement and we looking for a hobby. And a lot of upgrades. And your store is going to help us get there~!

Friendly customer service.

The technician I worked with (sorry I don't have his name) was very thorough in his evaluation of my bike, only determining that a new chain was needed. He was also very helpful in suggesting light accessories, a bell, as well as a carrying case for the back of my bike.

All work was completed on the bike the same day, and it was nice to receive the text message when the bike was ready to be picked up.

I really appreciate the expertise and friendly suggestions!!
