Friendly service and fast turnaround on my tune-ups

Very quick and attentive in making repairs and upgrades. I love that. I had a recent experience where I received a text that my bike was ready for pick-up but the necessary final gearing/ derailleur adjustments were not completed and the rear tubeless tire was not serviced. However, all final adjustments were done pronto when I arrived and I let with my bike.

Products and services are the best. I pass by 5 bike shops to get to the store manager Andrew. He is the best!

Great service. When Eagan didn't have the bike that I wanted they sent me to Richfield and I was able to get the bike, my husband's bike and then Richfield sent us to Eden Prairie for the bike rack. All stores worked as a team to meet our needs.
