I so appreciate each employee I encountered during my purchase. I started with the Eden Prairie location looking for a bike for my teenage daughter. They didn't have a women's small but suggested I try Richfield since it looked like they had one. I called Richfield and they didn't have any but located a mens xs in the warehouse and had it shipped to their store the next day. Every employee on the phone and in the store were friendly and helpful. With bike shortages everywhere and needing a smaller size I couldn't be happier with the above and beyond service I received ensuring I was able to purchase a quality bike for my daughter.
