The clerk wisely surmised that I did not change my own chain very often, so he made a point of “reminding” me which direction the chain the quick link need to be installed to avoid having issues later. I appreciated him educating me on this because the one other time I tried it myself, I managed to put it on backwards. Well done!

Every single gentleman was helpful in so many ways ....explaining the advantages of different seats to me , ordering the correct seat the installing the seat .
