I got to test ride and compare a few different bikes at Freewheel Bike Richfield. In the process, I also found some accessories that I wanted at a discount. The knowledgeable staff explained the different benefits of each bike to help me find the perfect fit. They were super helpful, and I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I love the great customer service and the high quality bikes, bike parts and accessories at Freewheel Bike. I purchased my Trek bike at Freewheel in 2007 and I still love my bike which continues to be comfortable and work well for me! Marcie custom fit my bike for me and she always greeted me with warmth and kindness at the West Bank Freewheel location at 1812 S 6th St, Minneapolis. I will miss the West Bank Freewheel location, but I plan to continue to purchase bike parts, etc., at Freewheel Bike in their new location in NE Minneapolis. I recently purchased a gift card for my son's birthday at Freewheel Bike in Richfield, and I enjoyed a fabulous conversation with Matthew B; we chatted about the changing landscape of bike shops in the Twin Cities area. Keep up the great customer service at Freewheel Bike; I'll be back!

The staff is so helpful and tries to save you money if you don't need something. Also will take the bike back and fix a squeak until it is definitely gone. Best place I have gone for service.
