For many years I have said Freewheel has the best bike mechanics in the Twin Cities, My recent repair at the Richfield store once again confirmed it. The mechanics are really knowledgeable, knows how to fix it the first time, and great to deal with. There is no other shop in town I would trust my bike with!

I stopped in with brakes that weren’t working well. The employee was able to take a look, diagnose a very unsafe braking situation, and immediately fix it so I could get back on the road. I know how busy bike shops are this time of year, so I was extra grateful they were able to help me on the spot, since my bike was un-rideable and I had no other transportation at the time.
