Everyone was very helpful when I was asking questions about e-bikes. Jamie took time to go over all of the important information about the bike and rack that I eventually purchased. Matt answered follow up questions I had and was very knowledgeable.
My bike was making a noise when I pedaled, so I brought it in to be repaired. It was close to closing time. I’m sorry but I don’t remember the name of the guy who helped me, but he did a great job of explaining what might be wrong and there was a good mechanic coming in the next day. He did mention that Andrew, who was working that night might know how to fix it. Later on that evening, well after closing, I received a call from the employee who helped me, he said the bike was fixed and explained what was wrong. I was so impressed that he took the time to fix my bike and call me that same evening.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Andrew. We needed a bike rake extension on relatively short order and we bought the original on Amazon because of supply chain shortages some years back. Amazon had them while others did not. But I wanted to support local this time around so did a dealer search and found your shop and saw the product was in stock. I then came into the store 10 minutes later and Andrew not only helped facilitate the purchase but more importantly I realized assembling and installing the new extension would take some doing he did all it on my behalf with a happy-to-help smile on his face. It was great. He even corrected the base rack, which I had apparently mis-installed. That's exactly the customer service experience that I appreciate and frankly have come NOT to expect. Not at Freewheel, apparently. Kudos. You've just earned a loyal customer, and my wife is in the market for a new bike so you will get that sale too. Cheers!

We liked how Garrick was knowledgeable with the products. He did not pressure us to buying something we did not want or need. On top of that he answered all our questions.
Bought my first bike there about 50 years ago! Currently, I like the experienced help the most. So, I would refer someone there for the expert help selecting and fitting a bike. Only drawback to that location though is the small size of the building, which limits bikes and accessories on the floor.
Andrew is awesome! He clearly has years of experience diagnosing bike problems and can fix it quickly.
