Excellent customer service and advice. I was greeted as I came in to repair my son's bike. It turned out I ended up purchasing a bicycle, which I had not planned to do going in.

I do, however still have a rather major issue. I need to transport the trike to the biking starting place often. I have seen the web page for the cycle simplex co ( mfgr of the Terra Trike I purchased from your store) . Looks like a great bike rack but I would have to lift the trike up onto the rack, on my car. Due to it's weight of about 58 pounds, it's too heavy for me to do that. I need a tandum trike rack that I can roll the trike onto. So far both your company and the Terra Trike folks have referred me to the same bike rack company. They do not have a roll on trike rack. The most I can lift is about 35 pounds. At age 87, I figure that's not too bad.

Who does have such a carrier? How do I see any of the racks up close so I can decide if it will work for me?

As I live in a condo, there is limited storage space, so storing a big bulky rail system is probably not a real good option for me.

Sure would love some thoughts?

The staff there is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They've worked to resolve my bike issues in the most efficient way possible. I've had other mechanics try to upsell me on an entire wheel when I just needed a bearing cone.

Tom helped me make my decision which was made up when I got there. I had been looking for a bike for awhile and when I saw this one and the fit and the price I said yes.

This bike shop has a knowledgeable staff that is willing to listen, evaluate and discuss my bike questions. My most recent bike concern was diagnosed as a crack in my carbon fiber frame. The staff contacted the bike manufacturer and took care of all the details necessary to correct the damage. I could not be happier with the great service I have received at this shop over the last three years.
