Andrew at Richfield Freewheel Bike was absolutely the most perfect level of expertise, helpfulness, kindness, without being pushy or impatient while working with my son and I on making a decision on a bike. The store was incredibly busy but he never appeared frazzled nor did he ignore anyone - he let people (myself included) know that they were in queue and managed to orchestrate a lot going on all over the place! He was exactly the type of thoughtful bike expert we needed. Thank you!
