My bike had been vandalized & we found hardware from bike on garage floor. We gathered pieces, put in plastic bag & brought a broken Trek bike & parts to Freewheel. A gentleman put the bike up on rack (no charge) and put the bike back together! Of course, I left my bike for a tuneup! Thanks Freewheel staff!

i went to 3 bike shops.. freewheel stood out. hands down. everyone was so welcoming and pleasant. a special shoutout to Jamie.. he’s an exceptional guy. so excited to help me. genuinely cared and took time to get me all set up.. great advice and amazing service! jamie should run the place. i’m a big fan of freewheel and will tell my friends.

The service was incredibly friendly and attentive. I came in ~40 minutes before closing and didn't feel rushed at all! Prices are a bit high, but I feel that's likely true everywhere.

Both Garrick and Andrew were extremely helpful in my purchase of my Trek Verve 3. Garrick helped me with original purchase and Andrew helped me when I picked up the bike. Andrew helped me choose the bike accessories, which FreeWheel installed for me.

You exceeded my expectations. You estimated $280, it cost $240. You said the work was scheduled for June 30. You finished it on June 29th. Very happy with your service.

Staff were able to do a special order and kept me updated about its progress. They also had an item in stock in the size I needed. Everyone seemed knowledgeable and helpful.

I was very pleased with the work mechanic Dan put into looking for a tick noise my bike has been making. Dan really did a great job checking things and lubing them to reduce the noise.

This past Sunday I had a flat and when I arrived at your Penn Ave. location it was past 5. Your staff kindly changed my tire even though the store was closed. They went above and beyond and as a result I was able to continue my ride. My thanks to your employees!

Entered the store with two active grandsons (10 & 9 yrs) with many questions (especially regarding costs of individual items and value of the gross inventory of the store). The oldest was set up on a trainer with a video link. We eventually left with the two helmets that we came for. The attendant who took care of us was not fazed by the near chaos . Thanks
