I have been treated well. Kept my bike fixed. Don't think much of their accounting system. Check from insurance company never cashed and took a year to tell me that I hadn't paid.

I found that the staff at Richfield was very helpful. We had an excellent experience at Richfield. All questions were answered. 10 out of 10 would buy from Richfield again.
We were actually at Bloomington before going to the Richfield store and I was disgusted with the customer service at Bloomington and based on that alone, we nearly walked away from Freewheel forever. It’s not appropriate to tell somebody maybe your 9 year old kid should start smoking cigarettes so they stop growing, the guy was not helpful at all. He then said the bike we’re looking at wouldn’t be available until sometime the following day which is understandable, but he could also have told us that Richfield has what we were looking for in stock. He was more interested in making the sale for himself rather than taking care of the Customer he not helpful or professional in any regard. It was just an awful experience. My wife nearly walked out of the store before we even asked if they had a bike available.

I’ve purchased my last three bikes from freewheel and bring them there for service. I like supporting small business and establishing the relationships with the staff. Plus I got one heck of a deal on a closeout bike that I’m stoked about.
