Alexis and her team went above and beyond to help me get my car back on the road. When I was told that my car was done by another garage,they went in and dug deep and found the issue with my car. Not only did they fix the issue but they also replaced a few parts under warranty and helped me with my 100k tune up. Can't be any happier!
My truck acts like it did years ago. That’s great. But it did take a long time and sure cost a lot. I can’t imagine how much it costs to run a shop like that and dealing with phantom problems all day. Not to mention keeping the current computer programs etc. Thanks for everything. Jeff

I do not like the new scheduling system. I called to make an appointment, spoke with a human who made an appointment for me. She gave me several options but would not give me the option I asked for, without any explanation and fortunately I arrived really early for my 4pm appointment only to find out that if I had not arrived so early I would not have gotten my car serviced that day because the last appointment is at 3:30 on Friday.
Communication is vital when you work with multiple locations. I would have been EXTREMELY upset to have been turned away after that lady refused to schedule me on earlier appointments, then could get my car serviced because she scheduled me on an appointment that did not exist. That needs to get fixed.
