The serviceman came Monday afternoon after I had called that morning that we had been without service since 2:30 am Sunday morning. He was straight forward in explaining what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He was polite and worked quickly to get the job done.

My only complaint is the length of time between requesting service and getting it set up, and the lack of clarity on how long it would take.
