The only thing I wasn't satisfied with is the two Amazon firesticks that the technicians installed. I had told Donelle that I ordered my own. The internet works great but I have not figured out how to use the firestick too well. I'll let my kids figure it out. I don't watch TV myself so that's their problem 🤣

The worker was courteous and kept at the job until he had finished. I told him that he could take a break for dinner but he didn't. I had a number of problems the lightning created. He even installed a temporary television as mine was toast. I had an extra one in the house. I plan to buy a larger screen for the living room as the extra one is too small. I'm hoping they'll come back to set it up when I get ready. I reported my issues to the help desk on Sunday hoping they would come on Monday which they did. He had to install a new line for the house phone also and I found a phone. My old one was fried. Gwen Davis
Fast service. Technician Kelly is always friendly and very professional. Having the monthly insurance has helped me tremendously. The repair bills probably would be outrageous if I didn't have.

After hours tech support could not solve the problem but were very helpful and tried. Tech contacted me early in the day and was able to work around my schedule. He addressed all the issues and resolved the problem (lightening strike fried some components).
