Internet help desk guys are great. Jacob took me through many trouble-shooting steps. It would have been nice to have advance notice of the platform upgrade, so we didn’t waste all that effort. Lost service at 3:00 p.m. Regained sometime the next day. It was still out at 8:00 a.m. but was back on when we came home at 3:00 due to configuration changes on your end.
