Several things... everyone that I've encountered with NexTech has been pleasure to work with. The customer service folks and the installation technicians were all great. Courteous, pleasant, helpful, and eager to do a great job. Secondly, the internet service has been massive improvement over our previous service. The pricing is fair and easy to understand. Well, I was dumb for not taking your Router, I am used to the routers that ... Cox provided which were crap, so i have for years, used my own. I had you come out and put your router on my system, and now it is running like it should be and i have not lost connection for quite a while and the speeds are awesome.
However, there were a couple of incorrect facts that i was given about your Router when i inquired. 1. It only supported a class C network, I got on it, changed it to a double class C and its running great. Also, I was told you could not deactivate the wireless, and you can.
