Friendly -- Fast Service. Great help to the public when we need quick service.
Install was very fast. Technicians worked with me to put the modem right where I wanted in my house. Setting up the WiFi with the app was a breeze. Since then, I have had much more reliable and significantly faster internet than my previous provider offered.
Nex-Tech gets nothing but a great review from me. The gentlemen that came to do the install were very professional and did an excellent job. They went well beyond what was required and assisted my wife with making sure our internet and TV service were working before they left. They were here on the hottest day of the year and had to go into my attic three different times to get the service to my office. I have immediately noticed the increase in speed with access to the internet.
Price and bandwidth are the first 2 things. Too new to know about reliability but compared to Cox it wouldn't take much to exceed their standard. Attitude of staff is much nicer as well.

Getting the line added properly to the house has been a hassle. I realize they outsourced the work to another company that has been dropping the ball, but now that they are not using them, it is back on Nex-Tech's plate to complete the reburying of the line from the house to the alley. It is currently running across the top of the ground and across a walking path to the pool, so this area gets lots of foot traffic, including little kids trying not to trip on it and/or break the line.
I am excited to have Nex-Tech in Salina. The gig service is fast!!!

Help is just a phone call away. Recently, we had a problem; and since it couldn’t be fixed using the helpline, a tech arrived the following day and installed a new modem. Although I imagine we could pay less with a different provider, it is worth it to us to have such quick and friendly service.

Quick to fix a problem
Service men were very nice and found the problem with the internet and fixed it in record time. They were very friendly and polite. My computer is much faster now with the internet problem solved and a new router. Thanks to all involved.
