They were quick and good service
When I called in, the person that answered the phone actually knew what I was talking about. I called ATT 1st, as there is a Phone Pedestal down in our area, and the rep at ATT had no idea what that was. It was helpful that the rep at Nex-Tech knew what that was.
Nex-Tech is always there to support us in all of our IT needs. We can pick up the phone and actually speak to a person who is patient and always helpful. Our bank is small and we heavily rely on Nex-Tech to keep our information secure. Great job Nex-Tech!!

After a call from me to come look at a problem we are having, Nex-Tech is quick to respond and find/fix the problem we have.
We are happy to be off of the old copper wire network and onto the high speed fiber optic network. Also, we are happy to be dealing with local people.
