I have found the Help Desk to be very helpful in any matters concerning our telephone and internet connections...for the most part. The people manning the Help Desk are pretty knowledgeable in knowing what might be wrong with the problem I am having and can usually tell me things to try to fix the problem on my own.

Good service and if you have trouble with your phone they tried to get it fixed right away , but I don't like the automated pay and a lot of my friends do not either we would rather just pay like we used to be able to call billing and talk to someone in person that could take our payments like we used to. But Thank for everything you do
