Ben came for my service call for no power to Nextech box. Happened to arrive when I noticed Christmas lights not working which was on same plug-in. I Went to GFCI outlet and pushed button and realized I fixed my WiFi. I apologized. He was polite, kind, understanding, even petted my dogs, and even offered to move my furniture back in place. He even offered to help unload my grocery bags as I had just gotten home. Even helped me with loose mystery cord behind my TV. As a Senior customer, he didn’t make me feel dumb. I appreciate his thoughtfulness. No charge.
The people at the help line are able to be a massive help in getting my problem solved and Randi Plant is wonderful

Everything works great
luke called back this morning and was able to solve the problem. I was getting a different screen tht did not allow me to sign in, then it would not recognize my email. He worked and worked to get it solved. I now have a new password set up and it works.

Basically a local provider. Help Desk persons are generally easy to understand. Service personnel have been patient to someone not “techy” when doing a call . Much appreciated.

I contacted Nex-tec one day about a land-line phone problem and a service tech came the next day and fixed it. Fast service and pleasant helpful people.

Kyle Jones’s came out that day, a Saturday. He told us the power box for our Nex Tech services had gone bad. He replaced it and made sure everything worked.
My husband got to watch KU basketball!! And I could finish my Christmas projects online!!
