The mechanics are very knowledgeable an polite ,I stopped in the Pasadena location for a oil change a half hour before they closed an they changed my oil an vacuum my car in 15 minutes an had me out the door...great service...
On friday 12/8, Techs were extremely slow completing each vehicle, and my cost was significantly higher than my previous visit.
This year, I've been a regular at this location but, I'm going back to the dealer.
