Change the way I feel. I always get hit with add ons. While they might be necessary.. it is that feeling of being taken for. Of course you are a business... so there is a conflict.

Everyone is always very kind and professional. They do let you know if something needs replacement but does not push the sale on you. This is my 4th time back and I will stick with that Jiffy Lube only.

The front windshield on both of my vehicles are so streaked and poorly cleaned, that I had to go to a car wash. Two vehicles in two days, same result.
