I was in and out fast and they had a coupon for me to use.
It took a few tries to get my service completed because this location kept changing their hours during the holiday season at will...
Even after hearing from the manager that they will be open until three p m the following day, when I called the next morning to confirm, they were only going to be open until one p m.
Locations should post their hours for the holidays and be available during those times in order to not inconvenience or stress cut customers.
Customer care was excellent
An employee named CJ was very helpful during my visit today. CJ checked my filters, I had him replace the cabin filter. He also brought to my attention that a tag light was out. I asked them to replace repair and all it needed was to be pressed in tighter which saved me money. Overall, the team of employees at this Millersville location are professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Jiffy Lube!!
