Quick, efficient and friendly.
When I pulled up they offered me only two options for my 2008 Toyota Prius hybrid. A 79.99 option and a 99.99 option. They hid the fact that there was a standard oil change option for 49.99. They were definitely trying to take advantage of me as a woman who didn’t know any better.
I went in there roughly around 4 o’clock. They asked me what I needed. I told him I needed an oil change. I left the keys. I walked into the waiting area within about 10 minutes. My car was finished. I made my payment and when I got into the car, I realize I did not put the sticker inside of my vehicle to tell me when to come back I went over to the register and asked them where the sticker was they went ahead and printed it out for me and placed it into my car then as I was driving away I turned on my windshield wiper and realize that there was no fluid inside of the car. I backed up and went back to the garage park and they told me to pull my car up to the pick and put windshield wiper fluid in. They did not go over any of the particulars of my car, such as the air filter being changed which it needed to be changed or anything else they placed the windshield wiper fluid in the in the tank I asked them if there was anything else that they could remember that they did not do they said that I should be OK. I’ve been begin to drive my car back to my house. I could hear something below, but I thought nothing of it as I continue to drive. The bottom of my car was in the middle of the street, the person who was behind me stopped their vehicle, turned on their hazards so that I was able to get the bottom of my car. I immediately called the. The shop and told them that I was in the middle of the street getting the bottom of my truck and then I would be back when I got back to the shop they just made it seem as if it was just something that normally happens I asked them for their managers number the card that I received was the number to the store store. Then one of your managers came up to me and gave me the phone number to the managing partners. I have been at this Jiffy Lube before and I find that the service today was very negligent and I don’t even feel like they even changed my oil and I will be contacting the managing partners plus corporate to discuss this because again I do not feel like they did anything. The only plus side to any of this was that the person whose name is fool was very apologetic and very attentive. During this time that would be the only thing that I would say was good about this service.
Been going there for years. The staff is friendly, efficient doing there jobs. You are in and out in a fashionable time. Keep up the good work guys.

Horrible experience. D brown of this location was supposed to do the quality / service check and as I check my vehicle later that same day the oil life is still 0% and my “oil change required” light is still on. Was anything even done to my car at this Severn location? I have to take time out of my busy weekend to get a refund for this bad job. I am a local business owner across the street from this location and will tell fiends, family and customers to my business to never go here.
It hasn’t even been 17 days and my car has zero oil.

Service was timely albeit a little expensive but not the biggest issue, technician rotated tires and after paying over 40 dollars for a tire rotation the air pressure was not checked or adjust making me make another trip back after already returning home
