The staff was nice and courteous. They were quick with the oil change. However, I've taken my car to the Millersville JL for years. In the past, they would talk to me about my car (recommendations and so-forth), before beginning the oil change. Also, after it was done, they would tell me what they did to it such as fill tires with air, refilled wiper fluid, etc. The last few visits, they no longer do that. I hope they return to the kind of customer service aforementioned.

Friendly quick and efficient
I really appreciated how kind and respectful every member of the staff was. Not only was I in and out quickly, I didn’t feel like I was a bother (like most places). I was extremely pleased with my visit to Jiffy Lube on Ritchie Hwy.
Put the wrong oil in my truck been taking my truck for over ten years and I’m sure it is in the system and I had to tell them there mistake then had to wait longer for them to drain and refill the oil and I had to ask for my reminder sticker Not a very good visit

Jiffy Lube Millersville is not the store it used to be. Not satisfied in the last few times I have taken our cars in. Will be using another location for now on.
The mechanic and cashier were very nice and friendly. The waiting room was clean and the coffee tasted great.
My car was done in half an hour. Will definitely return.
Rather than adding things that you're going to do to my car then asking me if I'm interested, just reverse that process. E.g. "Would you like us to change your air filter? It seems like it hasn't been changed for X number of miles and your vehicle manual says it's up for a change." then if i'm interested in doing that you add it to my total.
Not so much a disappointment as a Jiffy Lube is Meh. I honestly only go to Jiffy Lube as I am too lazy to do it myself. I don't go anywhere else because they don't vacuum the car which is what is going to keep my business at JL. Other locations promise to have you in and out but your location means it. And, if they cannot do that they offer recommendations' for places to go and eat or have a cup of coffee.
I still don't know how much I trust any of the other services offered by Jiffy Lube.
