My vehicle wasn’t vacuumed well, the tires needed air and no one asked or added it. I visit Jiffy Lube for the extra service. I didn’t receive it.

The disappointment didn’t come from the job itself, but the guy who “plug” the hole in my passenger rear tire. It was completely flat the next morning.

I had a SS Oil change and tire rotation and the service was fast and professional. However, when I checked my tire pressure the next day (cold) all 4 tires were over inflated to 40 plus PSI. Cold tire pressure for my vehicle is specified at 35 PSI. Two tires were at 41 PSI, one was at 44 PSI, and one was at 48 PSI! I verified my readings were correct by comparing my TPMS readings to my hand held tire pressure guage which agreed. I had to manually deflate all tires to get them back to specification and safe operation.
