All staff members were exceptionally friendly, respected my declining of add-on services, and were very quick with their work.
I have been here several times over the years. Always prompt service and courteous employees.
Technician over filled my oil, which lead to my check engine light coming on and issues with the motor. I broke down on 4/1 and had to have my vehicle towed to the Toyota service dealer ($500.00) and repaired which was $647.00USD. The is now the second time in the last year this specific jiffy lube location caused me to have to make service repairs to my vehicle. This exact thing happen back in early 2023; which I forgave jiffy lube the first time. Jiffy lube has caused me $2,500-$3,000 over the last year; I will never go there again.
Came in for an oil change and to check my tires. It was determined by the mechanics from jiffy lube that I needed brakes and rotors so I was charged $700 total. I payed and after waiting 2 hrs I was told I have to come back when there is a “master mechanic” available, & I needed some new lug nuts ordered. However, I was promised that I wouldn’t have to pay anything for completing my maintenance. I returned and waited 3 hrs just for my car to have a loud grinding sound whenever i drove. CAME BACK and they fixed the grinding noise but now something sounds like it’s loose and/or shaking. Quicker to charge your wallet then actually fix an issue!
