Always polite
On my last visit I was told that my engine filter cover was damaged or missing. No one has been under the hood of my jeep since my last visit with Jiffy Lube. So that leads me to believe either someone damaged it without making me aware or if it was damaged either way I was not told. So I don't feel that I should be penalized and have to pay to replace this. I think that Jiffy Lube to replace this at no cost to me.
