We all mistakes. Certainly I do.
We went to the Millersville facility Spark plugs for our Focus were unavailable to be available two days later. Nope.
The car was to be vacuumed on our return trip. That was done.
On the return the spark plugs were not installed -- though the rotors were deemed vary bad. So they were replaced. The car has 112, 300 miles on it, so we figured that was probably about time.
We live up against some woods -- bits of leaves and twigs litter the car, still not vacuumed
$700.00 plus became the bill for two trips despite a 40% discount for something sent us on our way, NEVER to return Valvoline is two hundred feet up he hill.
Don't send us any coupons or apologies.
