Fast and easy
I tried to support your establishment with my loyal consideration of my automobile service requirements, but when my loyalty is not recognized or valued, I must take my business elsewhere. Yesterday, I paid about $90 for an oil change. That's the most I've ever paid anywhere for an oil change, and you think that I'll recommend you to my friend and family. You have lost a customer. Obviously, that doesn't mean anything to you.

I have been oil changed since last 3 yrs from jiffy lube, but last time the cost of oil change was raised $60 to $80, 25% which outrageous I think, well it’s market somehow we have to accept it but the thing’s shocked me that when I say to associate u guys raised price, I used to pay 60, without even I finished my sentence he replied well u used to pay but its raise every day sir, I felt that so mean and arrogant, i mean what kind of customer service was that!!! Just because its quick I came here and pay extra money than other place. I was asking in my head that does he get raise of 25% on his pay check since they raise their price on service cos they are the one who has to give services to customers!!!!
This is by far the best Jiffy Lube out there. The staff is fast and efficient!

Service was always fast and professional. Everything is explained clearly and I always feel the service is great. I bring my vehicles to the same Jiffy Lube for over 10 years even though I no longer live in the area.
Very professional staff. I like the fact that you are greeted immediately upon entering the business. The staff listens to you and gives you an honest assessment of what you need to continue to drive safely. You are given a quote before the work begin. The wait time from registering, to servicing your vehicle, to checking out was minimal. Jiffy Lube Pasadena is the only place that I will take my vehicle!

As usual my visit was quick and the staff was professional and polite. They even told me about a transmission service I need to have done that Jiffy Lube can't do. Having a 20% off coupon was a nice bonus too.
They took us without an appointment and had us in and out under an hour.
