How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My tire pressure light came on the day after my truck was serviced and according to the document I received that was supposedly checked. I also received the wrong sticker with the next service due on it

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Broke my sensors and acted like they were fixing it and broke another sensors on purpose and tried to act innocent. worst place i ever been too first and last visit would not recommend.

What could we do to improve?

Transparency of tire rotation price; was shown a price for a sedan rotation when I have an SUV, about a ten dollar difference so not too bad but sticker price was a bit higher than initially estimated (was not intentional and did not feel malicious, it was busy and there was a lot going on!!) Overall great :)
