I love this Jiffy Lube! As always I was greeted immediately upon my arrival and received friendly and professional service as I always expect. It is always a plus to see familiar faces like Demond's who I've trusted for the many years I've been visiting the Severn Jiffy Lube location.
Everything done right, done with speed, done without asking me 100 questions. Vacuuming job (and trust me, this is a big reason why I come to Jiffy Lube. Was very thorough. Car looked great when I got back to it.

Staff very polite and even offered a $20 discount, when I didn't realize the coupon I tried to use wasn't for that location. Quick and even advised me of an issue I should take care of.
