It was quick, efficient and the service crew were friendly.
The staff was welcoming, quick, informative and helpful. I was out in 15 minutes for my oil change. They also vacuumed and cleaned the windows !!!

I am always appreciative of Lou and his team. My concern is how some of the male techs talk to women. In this case I had 3 technicians lecture me about what happened when I asked for my levels to be checked. There is one thing to educate your customers and another to talk at you. In this situation they were closed when the indicator came on and I went the next day to have them check it. Only one gentleman spoke to me like I had a brain, and wasn't apart of those 3. 2 of the 3 I have never seen at this location. I like the service at this location but when new techs come in and don't know you are a regular it is very annoying. They need to treat customers with respect regardless of the gender. Working on their customer service skills is a must, If this would happen again I will just have my mechanic do the service and report it to corporate.

Always like going there. Staff is very nice. My only problem is when I leave, the bottom panel on the passenger floor board falls off. They need to make sure it is,put back correctly. This has happened about 3 x.
