The team at the Pasadena Jiffy Lube are great! They work well together and do a fantastic job. From holding the door for me to the customer waiting room (reminding me there is freshly brewed coffee and magazines) to addressing how they have taken great care of my vehicle. Love going there for service! Even paying for the service is a pleasant experience! I left with a yummy treat to make my day even sweeter! Thanks for everything!!!

They were friendly, fast and efficient. They went above and beyond for me, even walking around the counter to open the door for me. I had a few bags in my hand. Above all else, they didn't make me feel bad after they vacuum my car. I was embarrassed by the amount of dog fur I had build up in a short period of time. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Jiffy Lube
The service is quick and efficient. Excellent staff and service every time I come to the shop. While they provide offers for additional services, they are not aggressively assertive, making the transaction more comfortable. Kudos to Danny and the crew!!!
It's too expensive to replace only the front breaks without the rotors,and as a lyft driver I suppose to get a discount and I don't too bad.
