NICE AND QUICK
I brought my car into the Jiffy Lube today at 520 Main St. Reisterstown, MD today for an oil change and tire rotation as I have been doing for years. I was charged $54.99 for a tire rotation. After taking issue with the price, the manager lowered it to $49.99 and said that’s the best he could do. My invoice # is 603284. The last time I brought my car into Jiffy Lube last year the price of the tire rotation was $34.99. The manager told me that the price increased from $34.99 to $54.99 this year. Is that correct that Jiffy Lube raised the price by $20 (36%) since last year? If so, it is absurdly over priced, and I’ll never bring my car into Jiffy Lube again for service. I just called Mr. Tire in Owings Mills, MD and was told $24.99 for a tire rotation by itself and cheaper if other services are done also.

The older man in the front desk was very helpful. I forget his name but he’s originally from Brazil . He treat like as a friendly environment.
You all put spark plugs in my vehicle May 4th. Afterwards my vehicle was not running right.Took my vehicle back the following Saturday. The spark plugs and cap were put in inorrectly and stripped, Tech Satfon could not get the cap off, he could not complete the correction.I returned the following Monday tech Satfon claimed he fixed the issue. My vehicle was still not running right. My vehicle is now in the shop getting broken spark plug replace. Yes a phone call from Corporate would be appreciated

FYI, our car just made it to 100,000 miles so I wanted to make sure we got some of the long-term work done. Only, minor issue was a certified mechanic was not available to do a couple jobs like the spark plugs, transmission; but, the staff was direct and open explaining the issue. So, I will return again in few weeks to see if a mechanic is available and it will all work it out just fine.
