Friendly and courteous staff. Explanations were great. I heard one employee tell a customer she was due for an oil change yet and was very nice about it and took the time to explain so she could understand.

Oil change was fast and OK but vacuum and windows cleaning and price horrible I won't be back I'm sorry

I brought my car into the Jiffy Lube today at 520 Main St. Reisterstown, MD today for an oil change and tire rotation as I have been doing for years. I was charged $54.99 for a tire rotation. After taking issue with the price, the manager lowered it to $49.99 and said that’s the best he could do. My invoice # is 603284. The last time I brought my car into Jiffy Lube last year the price of the tire rotation was $34.99. The manager told me that the price increased from $34.99 to $54.99 this year. Is that correct that Jiffy Lube raised the price by $20 (36%) since last year? If so, it is absurdly over priced, and I’ll never bring my car into Jiffy Lube again for service. I just called Mr. Tire in Owings Mills, MD and was told $24.99 for a tire rotation by itself and cheaper if other services are done also.
