I told my daughter this is my favorite service place - she laughed that I had a favorite. After her visit, she said she got it. Everyone was friendly and efficient, the facility is clean, and we could get a broader range of services (headlight restoration in this case) than other places. Keep being awesome!
Mr. Charles was very polite and professional as he review my car’s health. He made recommendations base on his finding and ensure that i made the right decision to have my Oil change when i did.

I would not recommend because of the substantial increase in pricing . Plus I get the synthetic oil but on my window sticker they have me coming back in 3000 instead of 5000,

Superb, professional service with the Managers and Techs. I appreciate the flexibility, especially if vehicle breaks down and I have to have it towed to the shop. No matter how busy the team is, they always find the time to help, and do the job right, the first time! I am so grateful to know this mechanical team!
the crew was courteous and accommodating. They took the time to explain things to me with regards to the maintenance and upkeep of my vehicle. Heck, when things ran over the estimated time for the work due to circumstances outside of their control, they still gave me a discount (note: I did not expect, anticipate or otherwise feel entitled to anything beyond an apology), which is REALLY appreciated, especially these days.
It's stuff like this that has me going to the Beltsville location for my car service despite there being other shops (and Jiffy Lubes) that are closer/easier to get to.

Hi we come to not only for oil change earlier jiffy lube clean the car clean car windows check tire pressure but not this time but in the bill u tick u did everything same thing with dealer too they don't clean ur car and charge same money no difference

The quickness of the service, friendliness of the staff, and how they shared information without feeling like they were trying to sell me.
It took a long time to get serviced even when there were no other cars, and even after my car was done it took another 20 minutes of waiting just to be able to pay and leave. The technician also tried to bill me extra for the wrong type of oil. Also, $50 for a tire rotation that took less than 5 minutes is kind of absurd. Overall, I do not expect to return to jiffy lube for maintenance.

Service and stuff was great.
Everything! Speed of service, even on a busy Saturday, friendly and helpful staff inform you without “pushing” products or services, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. Even the restroom was immaculate, amd decorated to feel non-commercial. The best JL in the region.

I needed help with patching a hole in my tire and the whole crew was so welcoming and helpful! Uncle Drew was the best!

When customers come in and pay for oil change and tap off any lube, and when they get their receipt stating all is OK and complete, you need to make sure that before putting ok or complete, that it's done. I had to come back for additional work and a new battery before I pulled off, I noticed that my antifreeze container in my engine was bone dry, the cap was left open and there was NO antifreeze in it!! Not even a min amount,.the tech filled it up to max amount like it was no issue, but if I didn't check I would have overheated, I do drive alot on the beltway and I have paid alot for any service that I received from jiffy lube and I put trust in the techs that when they say they done something it was done,I don't want to go back behind them to verify, so far jiffy lube has been a trust worthy company.
