Kind, courteous, professional service. I'm usually skeptical when I take my car in for one thing and end up needing 4, but the gentlemen I interacted with were respectful, willing to explain, and not pushy at all.

The service representative that I worked with was very pleasant and professional (Can't remember his name...Taysean???)
They were very friendly, fast and took great care of the car. The only thing was that they changed the back wiper and when I opened the back later the clip that covers the bolt was gone. I’ll have to look at buying a new one. I’m sure it was an accident but I’ll always take my car there, they’re nice .
This location is always clutch. They always listen to the customer while providing excellent customer service. Always professional and friendly. Everyone is always in a good mood. Everyone there deserves a raise! I make sure to bring all FIVE of my family cars here whenever they need something.
Based on what mileage was on the car, it was recommended that I get new brakes and rotors and spark plugs for my vehicle. Something did not feel right to me and I took the car to the Lexus dealer and they said I did not need those items as of yet. If he would have checked my spark plugs he would have seen that they were not OE, he did not take my tires off to really inspect my brakes. Using the words recommended or we recommend are sales tactics for more sales. Also they left my reservoir cap off. I had to purchase a new one from the dealer. They did refund me my money on that.
Whomever the technician was that serviced my vehicle the last visit. I wouldn’t ask for him to service my vehicle again. Versus reviewing my account/profile to identity which services to offer. I guess he was under the impression that as a female I’m oblivious to my vehicle and the services it’s received. This is also the third or fourth service at the location upon departure I have to request service mileage sticker in my car window.

Promptness
I was immediately greeted, friendly smile and a professional , "how can we help you today" . The process was as smooth as it was the first time I entered a Jiffy Lube when the pricing was at $ 19.99, for an interior vacuum, window wash and a oil and filter change.
I stopped by for an oil change. They took my car after about a 10 min wait and got the oil changed.

My recent visit included a tire pressure monitoring system sensor replacement. The Laurel location was unable to fix the light on the dashboard after the replacement. The technician went above and beyond to locate a location that had the correct tool to fix the issue. The technician even scheduled my visit to another location. I will always recommend Laurel Jiffy Lube to others.
Fast, easy and professional
I was disappointed with my recent visit because the staff recommended unnecessary services, which felt like an attempt to take advantage of me. Additionally, a worker broke a brake component, claiming it was wear and tear, causing a routine oil change to take over three hours. To make things right, I’d like a 50% discount on my next oil change. An email follow-up is preferred.
