By far the best visit I've had in a long time. I was very impressed with the gentleman that helped me...I'm sorry but I cannot remember his name. The service was quick and he was extremely professional
Great and friendly
I asked for a tire pressure check and fill up when I checked in. This was not done despite the mechanic saying this was standard procedure. Front wipers are worn and needed replacement. One of the headlights was out. None of this was flagged, which are things my regular Jiffy would have brought up. Instead, this store tried to upsell me on a differential oil change which I refused. I just felt the team just went through the motions and didn’t feel confident about them.
The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. The shop was clean and the service was fast.
I absolutely adore their fantastic sense of humor and top-notch customer service. They totally brightened my day.
The vehicle invoice misreported my vehicle's mileage by about ten times the actual mileage.
The typo isn't troubling. To err is human.
What concerns me is that this misinformation might get reported to other companies. Selling my vehicle might become more difficult because a dark cloud hangs above it. I hope I am wrong, but, right or wrong, that is my concern.
Other than that, I appreciated the fast, friendly service offered at a reasonable price.

The men in the shop, who appeared to be very young, were very courteous and knowledgeable. They displayed a level of customer service and professionalism that is rare these days. They made my experience pleasurable. I will definitely visit this shop for my next oil change.

The tech did not listen to me. I repletely had to ask for an oil change and that was it. He attempted to talk me in circles and kept adding items to the estimate that I did not want or ask for while be condescending. He also moved the computer screen so I could not see what he was adding. He also said my windshield wipers were bad. I informed him that I had them replaced 2 months ago. He ended up replacing an air filter that I did not ask for. He said he was going to put the air filter on the invoice as a recommendation. I was shocked to see I was charged for one. I liked that everyone was pleasant and greeted me upon entering the facility. I also like that service was fast and the rep explained what was done and needed to be done.
Sometimes they forget to top off my wiper fluid, reset the oil change reminder, or give me a new sticker. My oil was completely empty before the next service was due which makes me wonder if they really gave me the proper amount to begin with. Good thing my husband checks it regularly!

I had a coupon I got online. Granted, it said at participating locations when I was greeted, I showed the coupon to the attendant, but he said show that to them at checkout, only to find out it was not accepted at that location. The primary reason for going to Jiffy Lube was because of the coupon. Had I known it would not be accepted I would’ve gone somewhere else.
I can see why you would not want to fix this “problem,” but the right thing to do would be to have the attendant greeting the customer be able to say whether or not the coupon was acceptable, rather than waiting to find out at checkout..
The issue was not the expiration date, it was the fact that it was for a different geographic location, which was not clear to the customer on the coupon.
I’m may choose a differentcompany with a coupon next time.
