My last oil changed which was 2weeks ago.. they left a towel under my hood the resulted in my car smoking hours later

they never ask me name they just assume i wanted the same oil change it was very unprofessional the Mgr wasn't friendly I've ran a car shop before it just was given rude
I use a state vehicle that has a service contract with Jiffy Lube. I went to the Annapolis store and they were so helpful in diagnosing my issue and was fixed within 4 hours. They are great.

The morning I came they were very easy to work with Suggested a few few things besides just the oil change. To the tire rotation and changed an air filter
I did it when it wasn’t very busy. It was quick and efficient. I did get a returning with a percentage off anything I did that day, which was really encouraged me to come in
Oily footprints on car mats
hard sell, went in for oil change- showed me cabin air filter with leaves on it. Had it replaced but the technician did not remove any stray leaves while replacing- resulting leaves getting stuck in the chamber, had to come back and have leaves removed. not very professional.

Staff very courteous. However after leaving I realized around the door was not clean with oil and grease. The door sill was also covered with grease. The next morning I discovered oil drops in my driveway. This is in acceptable. I went back the next day snd the manager told me it’s Normal to expect leaks but seemed irritated of my concerns even though I told him it was an opportunity to improve. Disappointed since they are pricy and maybe may consider the dealer next time.

I had a coupon I got online. Granted, it said at participating locations when I was greeted, I showed the coupon to the attendant, but he said show that to them at checkout, only to find out it was not accepted at that location. The primary reason for going to Jiffy Lube was because of the coupon. Had I known it would not be accepted I would’ve gone somewhere else.
I can see why you would not want to fix this “problem,” but the right thing to do would be to have the attendant greeting the customer be able to say whether or not the coupon was acceptable, rather than waiting to find out at checkout..
The issue was not the expiration date, it was the fact that it was for a different geographic location, which was not clear to the customer on the coupon.
I’m may choose a differentcompany with a coupon next time.
By far the best visit I've had in a long time. I was very impressed with the gentleman that helped me...I'm sorry but I cannot remember his name. The service was quick and he was extremely professional
Great and friendly
I asked for a tire pressure check and fill up when I checked in. This was not done despite the mechanic saying this was standard procedure. Front wipers are worn and needed replacement. One of the headlights was out. None of this was flagged, which are things my regular Jiffy would have brought up. Instead, this store tried to upsell me on a differential oil change which I refused. I just felt the team just went through the motions and didn’t feel confident about them.
This was my first time coming to any Jiffy Lube location and I can say I was greeted and my service was done in 15min. I was pleased with the level of service and it was nice to see the establishment run by members that were young and willing to work.
