easy process with reasonable wait time
Lied about my truck having contaminated brake fluid, and an oil leak coming from the engine and transmission. I will not be returning to a shop full of liars.
speedy service when not having an appointment
The quickness and ease of getting my oil changed- I pulled in at 7am and was pulling out by 7:17am and made it to work at 7:30 on time. I am always so very pleased with the crew at Altoona Jiffy Lube!

There were streaks on my windshield I had to scrub off, grease on the hood and door handles the radio station was changed and the oil life was not updated
The customer service Rep at the front desk, he was very professional on the phone and in person. Explain the process and what they was going do and recommend shops for the additional work needed.

Like other JL's, you shouldn't charge me ($10) to remove my "heat shield" to replace my oil. Some JL's do, some don't - be consistent.
Was told my light was fixed for $20 but as soon as I pulled away and checked, it was not working. Magically, when I returned and they replaced the bulb, it worked without issue.
Lastly, while I know your model is to "upsell", a $70 cabin filter that I can get for $10 (and takes 17 seconds to replace in glove box) is a bit much. I get it, you just offer, it's up to the client to purchase. Still, even if you charge $10 to install (in 17 seconds), a 250% upcharge is a bit much.
I may remain loyal to JL but most likely not at Clarksville, MD (where the rich folks live).

The service and hospitality was good. Value for money and no unwanted sale against what is needed. I will definitely go back to this center for my car needs.
Could not get tires off. Took somewhere else. They had no problem. Very poor job vacuuming front and back of car. Oil drops all over front bumper
