the service person left black smears all over my leather seats in the front and back. went in for an oil change.
Even though we moved about ten miles away, I have been going to the same Jiffy Lube in Beltsville for over 40 years. They have always shown a consistent level of respect for me and concern for the continued well-being of my vehicles.

It was fast!
Wrong oil was out in my car causing me the need to return and have it corrected! How this happened I am not sure as it clearly says use 5W-20 oil only not 0w-20! Service cashier was very pushy and seemed to not even care. I am waiting for a day to return and hopefully he is not there! I will be requesting to soeak with a manager about this.

They forgot to reset my change oil meter
And when I went to change my cabin filter, they didn’t put the insulation back in place just left it hanging

Techs are professional & polite. No worker stands around looking lazy, They listen to the customers issues. Their appearance is neat and clean as well as the area itself. I like the coffee too.
Air filters were outrageously expensive. Pushing overpriced add-ons is why JL is not my first choice.

Staff members (Larry) were patient and took time to explain my options, prices, services needed. Manager offered a discount due to the amount of services I was receiving. Timing of service was convenient.
Service
Everyone who works here is great and knowledgeable. They are always super quick. I need a part for my car and they ordered it and fixed it the same day. I would definitely recommend them.
Price seemed much higher than before: over $100 now while I expected about $80. When I got home I had an ad in my mail from my Toyota dealer for same service including synthetic oil for $55!
I’m inclined to go back to the dealer next time.
