Wait was not long.
I came to get an oil change and find out why my AC is not working. I received the oil change, I believe but not sure because the sticker wasn't placed in the window telling me when to get my next oil change and my AC still not working....... they always find away to replace a "cabin filter" though.

Jiffy Lube should try to keep the same employees at locations. IT'S HOW YOU GROW YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH PERSONAL SERVICE AND RELATIONSHIPS.
Jiffy Lube should also increase their pay by 30%. They are working in the heat and humidity here and work hard. They are excellent employees, you're crazy not to give them all a raise.

I never received a new sticker and my counter on my vehicle was never reset.
I went for an oil change and tire rotation for my F-150. Next thing I know I’m told the tires can’t be rotated because of “improper wear” and then the next thing I know I’m being sold a 15$ cabin air filter for 50$. Instead of being told upfront the tires couldn’t be done and the filter needed changed they already drained the oil and I had no choice but to allow continued service. I’m not sure what oil was put it, but less than 500 miles later my motor was ticking. So i checked it and it was already a qt low. Either the proper amount was never put in or the supplied oil is such garbage that it got consumed. I have service records of every 5k miles for my 2018 F150 that I bought brand new and NEVER have experienced such garbage outcome as I have this visit. I have better service AND cheaper at FORD dealerships! Jiffy lube visit almost 200$ and half-assed service… FULL service at Impala Motors, Suppes, or Freedom ford and NEVER above 100$…!!! I will never use another Jiffy Lube again, nor would I ever recommend one! Feel free to follow up with a phone call or email. As for what could be done to remedy the poor service provided, the only thing that I would consider is a refund of sorts, because I’d never let another jiffy lube ever touch my vehicle.
no oil change sticker. went back and got one, was wrong mileage on the sticker. went back the third time and got it fixed. long wait time. probably wont go back. so many places you don't wait that long and don't have too wait for a sticker
As you rely on another party to get/deliver some of your parts, it pays to stay on top of that so the customer isn't sitting around all day waiting for their car to be fixed.

The technicians confirmed that although my dash indicated I needed an oil change, it was not necessary. I decided to have it changed and the tires rotated, as it had been nearly a year since my last service, in addition to several other services.

My car was not vacuumed as advertised for the oil change and for almost $100 before coupon, I think it should have been included.
