The service was great!
The customer service manager who helped me (I believe his name was Wesley, but I could be mistaken) was absolutely fantastic!! He helped me figure out what type of oil change I needed, and he even went above and beyond to clean what looked like part of a rat nest off of my battery. I'll definitely go to this location again thanks to the awesome customer service!

I arrived at Jiffy Lube on Saturday, April 13th. around 5:30pm, recognizing they were closing at 6pm. I indicated I just wanted a signature oil change, which they did in record time. That was good. But as happened in a previous visit, the driver's door threshold, vinyl mat, and driver's seat had a lot of black dirt/grease scuff marks, which I took pictures of. Since it was late in the day, I did not go back into the store to ask them to clean it. I went home and cleaned it myself. This was the second time this occurred. Very frustrating.
It was quick as there was no one else there and the price was reasonable with the coupon I used. The service tech was very friendly.
The oil change was completed very quickly. In and out within 30 minutes or so. The lead tech was very efficient and kept things moving. I also appreciated that he was honest about the two filters (they were still ok, not in bad shape) and though he asked if I wanted them replaced and I declined, he didn't try to 'sell' further. Decent guy. This was my second visit and was just as pleased as I was on the first.

Before service was started your tech walked me over to the computer -,we went over th services u wanted and my 25% discount coupon -
We both agreed I was getting a $128 discount for my services - when it was time to pay - I was told I coujd only get a 15% discount - he said the 25 % was only for the oil change , not the tune up or belt !!
This is why I had the conversation upfront !!
My car was not vaccumed - disappointed
Also in this process all my dashboard settings were wiped out and apparently my headlight setting was also changed - Frim auto tip on - ended up the next morning being stranded cause my battery was dead
Had to pay to get a tow and jump - let me down 3 times and cost me more then the service you did
I had a couple of concerns about the last visit to the Jiffy Lube I usually visit. They didn't tighten the drain plug properly. They didn't vacuum my car or clean the windows. Before I requested service, I went over these concerns. They assured me that they would do everything right and in a Jiffy, and they did! I was very happy.
bad service from some workers
The staff was very polite, helpful, and kind. I love the quality of service I get from every jiffylube. It’s a little farther from my new place but I don’t mind driving a couple extra minutes to get the jiffylube experience

For some reason the service workers decided to increase the PSI of my tires from the correct Factory spec to 40 PSI. After telling me that they were going to check to make sure that they were specifically at 33 and 32. I don't have to make a separate trip somewhere else to fix this because they were already at the correct PSI and I didn't even go to Jiffy Lube for my tires
