When I arrived to get a oil change I was greeted by a young lady and a gentleman by the name of Ted. Ted called me by name and the young lady was very nice as well. I wish I knew her name, she might have told me her name but I was in AWWW! 😊 over this outstanding customer service. I want to thank them for that because I had a lot going on.

I love the efficiency and timely service! I came in for an oil change and knew I may needed service on my brakes and everything was taken care of. I typically dread getting car maintenance because I have been to places where it was almost an all day thing or I would have to drop my car off. Glad this wasn’t the case!
Windows were not washed.Had to ask them to wash the windows.And it took all of five minutes

For some reason the service workers decided to increase the PSI of my tires from the correct Factory spec to 40 PSI. After telling me that they were going to check to make sure that they were specifically at 33 and 32. I don't have to make a separate trip somewhere else to fix this because they were already at the correct PSI and I didn't even go to Jiffy Lube for my tires
