Quick and friendlt
The worker who installed my serpentine belt installed it improperly and it ended up snapping off and hit my coolant tank, causing coolant to rise up from the top and make the car smoke. This all happened while I was out of town to close on a new home and was so stressful. I’d like to be contacted at Email address removed and Phone number removed.

My patronage of Jiffy Lube on West Street over many years is due to the convenient location, their thoroughness and the complimnetary "top-offs" between regular visits...makes it pretty easy for me!
I was kept informed of my brake work at every step. Management and staff are courteous and knowledgeable/skilled. JiffyLube had most parts in-house and for the rear-calipers were promptly delivered from the warehouse. My experience this day was positive.

When I arrived to get a oil change I was greeted by a young lady and a gentleman by the name of Ted. Ted called me by name and the young lady was very nice as well. I wish I knew her name, she might have told me her name but I was in AWWW! 😊 over this outstanding customer service. I want to thank them for that because I had a lot going on.
