Very thorough, the staff are very nice, funny and extremely helpful. I feel they are thinking outside the box by developing a plan for dropping bikes off while keeping social distance. I am impressed by staff handling customers while being overrun with requests for repairs and new bikes.

Everyone was helpful and patient. They wanted to make sure I was happy and had the correct fit for bike and helmet...especially during these crazy times.

I was told 1-2 months wait for my bike and it came in 3 weeks.

I like that you were so COVID aware and it was very easy to drop my bike off for a tuneup. The pickup was equally effortless and my bike was ready before predicted. What's not to love? :)

I love the bike I bought there. I got good advice when choosing a bike. Recently I took my bike into be fixed and was pleased that everything is working great now. It took a long time to get back to me but I understand things are backed up there due to the pandemic.

Awesome customer service, I am a complete newbie and they took the time to understand what I was looking for, educate me on the options and help me determine what product best fits my needs. Product arrived earlier than expected, great all around. Prices are totally fair for the product but the customer service and support makes this place a great value. Will definitely be there again.
