I originally ordered a bike over the phone but then found a bike closer to where I live so I cancelled my order. However, although I never actually went to the store, the staff I spoke with was very helpful with choosing the correct bike size. It was also very easy to order and cancel without an issue.

The staff at Landry’s in Norwood is not only knowledgeable but also extremely friendly. We have been to the shop twice in the last month for help with trouble on each of my son’s bikes. He called me last year to see if I was interested in the first S-Works Diverge that came into the store -- remembering an inquiry I had made several weeks earlier (when there weren't any).
