After ordering an item that was listed in stock, but actually was not, I was left hanging for 4 days. Finally, via chat my ‘order’ was referred to your Norwood store. A phone call from Hannah followed, the situation was explained and an alternative (and better product) was suggested. Forty minutes later, I had my new tires and I can’t be happier. Your carry excellent products but your staff make sure customers are aware of these products and can give you practical advice as they are bikers and cyclists themselves.

Customer service excellent. The employee stayed on the phone with me looking through their inventory trying to find a bike for me. Didn’t try to sell me the most expensive bike. I bought a bike they had to build and only took them two days. Bike is excellent quality as well.
We picked up 3 new bikes and Dan (the service rep) was wonderful and so helpful. He was amazingly patient with us taking time to set the seats to get us started. We needed helmets. He knew just what we needed. I had a lot of questions about bike racks and he was so patient. I would not hesitate to do business with Landry's in the future.
