Customer service excellent. The employee stayed on the phone with me looking through their inventory trying to find a bike for me. Didn’t try to sell me the most expensive bike. I bought a bike they had to build and only took them two days. Bike is excellent quality as well.
We picked up 3 new bikes and Dan (the service rep) was wonderful and so helpful. He was amazingly patient with us taking time to set the seats to get us started. We needed helmets. He knew just what we needed. I had a lot of questions about bike racks and he was so patient. I would not hesitate to do business with Landry's in the future.

Very thorough, the staff are very nice, funny and extremely helpful. I feel they are thinking outside the box by developing a plan for dropping bikes off while keeping social distance. I am impressed by staff handling customers while being overrun with requests for repairs and new bikes.
