Brought carefully maintained bike (10,000 miles) bike in at 4:00 pm, Hannah B (Norwood) did a very thorough job checking bike out, explained what was needed (more than i could tackle), all work was done by 4:00 next day. Bike runs and looks like new.

The team is fantastic! Hannah, Doug, Sean, Tyler, everyone there is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable which is why I have bought 4 bikes there over the last 3 years and am always satisfied with the service. I also conducted a bike fit with Hannah which was instrumental in improving my form and reducing neck tightness and knee pain I had been having before that.
